General Body Meeting on November 3rd

We will have a meeting tomorrow Tuesday, November 3rd at 7PM in ITE 119. We will have a recap of the 2009 National Conference, and INROADS will be joining us.

INROADS is a non-profit organization that trains and develops talented minority youth for professional careers in industry. INROADS connects you with sponsoring organizations to give students summer internships and full time position offers.

Important SHPE Conference 2009 Information!

If you already told Gus that you are not going to the Conference, disregard this post.

If you decided not to go but you have NOT told Gus, please email him ASAP.

We are going to meet at 3:30pm in the parking lot behind E2 (between E2 and Bronwell). We will be leaving by 4:30pm, or earlier if everyone is already there. If Gus does not have your phone number, please email it to him.

If you are not there by 4:30pm and we don't have your number, we will be leaving without you.

If you are planning to leave early or at a different time, let Gus know. Make sure that you tell Gus who is going in your car and that you have at least 5 people in it.

Drivers, Gus will have money for you when we meet. If for some reason you end up using up more than what was given, we will reimburse you when we come back.

General Body Meeting this Tuesday, October 20th!

We will be having a general body meeting on Tuesday, October 20th in ITE 119 at 7:00PM. This and our next meeting are very important if you are going to the Conference.

We will be talking about a workshop we will have this week, events for November, and companies coming to visit. BAILE had to be pushed to next week, so look forward to that!

SHPE Conference Meeting this Tuesday, October 13th!
