Course Requirements |
The course is composed
of a series of lectures, which tend to be somewhat interactive. I encourage you to think on your feet! There
are texts by Carroll and Pinker (see Syllabus) which covers much, but not all of, the material. I highly recommend attending all the
lectures. I determine grades on the
basis of a midterm exam and a final exam (40% and 60%, respectively). Class participation and significant change
can cause the weighting to be adjusted somewhat in borderlined cases.
