Service/Music
Dana has been an active member of the Delta Omicron chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi since Spring 2006, when she went through with her class, Beta Psi. She originally began on the french horn in fifth grade, but switched to clarinet in sixth grade. She continued to play clarinet until she graduated from high school. In high school, Dana was an active member of the Southington High School Marching Band and Section Leader of the clarinets her senior year. During her sophomore year she picked up playing the mellophone along with the clarinet and switched completely to the mellophone in the UConn Marching Band and Women's Pepband when she joined in 2005. Dana was also in her high school's National Honor Society, and hopes to continue her service work through the Brotherhood.
Major
Dana is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Physiology and Neruobiology, with a minor in Molecular and Cell Biology. She plans to attend graduate school or (hopefully) med school after she graduates in May 2009 to become an APRN or Pediatrician.
