3.     Distinguish between T-independent and T-dependent antigens.

4.     distinguish between variable (V) regions and constant (C) regions of an antibody molecule.  How does their structure allow antibodies to recognize and bind antigens, and assist in destruction and elimination of antigens. 

5.     How does an antibody mediate disposal of an antigen?

6.     How do cytotoxic T cells recognize infected cells?  How do they destroy these cells?

7.     What cells are infected by HIV?  How are AIDS and HIV related?  How is HIV transmitted?  How is it detected?
