the quality of teaching by stimulating the construction
of excellent teacher education programs at selected colleges
and universities.

Supervised six senior, non-commissioned officers and
one government service employee. Tested and evaluated
new aviation life support systems; developed new training
concepts and curricula; and researched new training technologies
for use in the Naval Aviation Survival Training Program.
