Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in educational psychology. Assist with data analysis and survey development for the Teachers for a New Era Project (TNE). TNE is an ambitious, $5.5 million dollar reform initiative to improve the quality of teaching by stimulating the construction of excellent teacher education programs at selected colleges and universities.

Director, Human Performance & Training Technology, Naval Survival Training Institute, Pensacola, FL, March 2002 to July 2005

Supervised six senior, non-commissioned officers and one government service employee. Tested and evaluated new aviation life support systems; developed new training concepts and curricula; and researched new training technologies for use in the Naval Aviation Survival Training Program.

Aeromedical Safety Officer, Airborne Early Warning Wing, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Point Mugu, CA, January 1999 to March 2002

Taught graduate level courses in spatial disorientation to senior aviators. Provided aeromedical consultation and served as the safety program adviser on all matters pertaining to aviation life support systems, human factors research, emergency escape systems, and survival training.
